Our team works hard to make scheduling simple and convenient. We offer flexible options and do our best to accommodate busy schedules, including early morning and next‑day availability when possible. Walk‑ins may be accepted based on the day’s schedule, and we’ll always aim to see your family together when requested.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and the time we reserve exclusively for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for advance notice. A minimum 48‑hour notice is requested to avoid a cancellation fee, as this time cannot be given to another patient on short notice. This policy helps us keep appointment availability fair and accessible for everyone. Genuine emergencies are handled with understanding and flexibility.
Financial Guidelines & Payment Options
We believe finances should never stand in the way of excellent dental care. Payment is due at the time services are provided, and our office offers a variety of payment options including cash, credit cards, HSAs/FSAs, and third‑party financing such as CareCredit.
For patients with insurance, we’re happy to file claims electronically and assist you in maximizing your benefits. Please note that insurance estimates are not guarantees of payment, and any remaining balance becomes the patient’s responsibility. This ensures transparency and smooth handling of your account.
